    I'd vote No.
There are the TJ's on this team that are giving 100%.
But there are Pickens here as well.

I don’t think so. I just think it’s very bad coaching and play calling. I still see a lot of effort out of most of the players.

I don't think the team has quit at all. As has already been stated, I think the biggest issue is coaching, strategy, play calling, it has been for several years.

No but Fittipaldo thinks there is frustration among the players with the game planning.

Think so? He seems to be one of the more based beat writers out there.

The team hasn't quit, it's just that there is a lot of bad and mediocre teams in the league. The Steelers during the regular season beat most of those teams but can't hang with the elite teams. This result every year is a 10-7 or 9-8 record and a spot in the playoffs in which they have to play an elite team in the first round and aren't competitive. It's just rinse and repeat every year.

He is always much more right then wrong, and not afraid to tell it like it is.

Another quote today is he said that the Steelers are too predicable on offense and defense. Something many of us have said all year.

I can sure understand that line of thought but I was at the Eagle game and I was watching the Steeler sideline a lot. The players sure the hell seemed pissed off about how the game was going. They looked like they wanted to win.

Pickens sucks, I said that entering the season. Sucks in the HEAD. similar to DJ, but different too..... I think some suckage comes from LEADERSHIP, imo......

    I hope he is traded

What would make you think the team quit when we were in position to actually win on the last drive

I’ll tell you after this week… especially if we come out with the lackluster attitude, wait until the 4Q to do anything stuff!

You can take the comatose start to the bank, they've been doing that for months.

When the series is run, run, pass, kick the majority of the time, it's not hard to figure it out when you are defending against it.

And it has to be apparent to the coaching staff that this is the perception, if not the reality. So I wonder why they don’t change things up? Not creative enough? Don’t think they have the talent? If our highly paid defense can’t handle some creativity, they are woefully overpaid.

When I see Cam balling out whilst having the flu, I'll simply say now the haven't quit. I'd argue that they're a pissed off team with no answers to rectify the problems.

And THAT is why I blame coaching. You don't see the well coached teams doing this week after week after week, like we do with the Steelers for several years now.

I don't understand what is going on with the O-line, across the board they are playing like crap.

This was similar to Darrius Slay saying have Kenny Pickett run the offense against them gave the Eagles insight on what to expect when playing the Steelers. Yeah I'm sure running the same defense for the last 25 years in which the New England Patriots published a book called how to beat the Steelers Defense with footnotes by Brady and Bilicheck wasn't help enough they needed Kenny a 3rd year player to break it down.
