:steelflag::dfense::yeehaw::towel::herewego:Steelers are in the playoffs and all I read is whining about this that and the other. If you are just wanting to b!tch and moan then maybe this thread isn’t for you. Steelers and Ravens know each other well and everything is on the line. :herewego!:

i agree to a point with what your saying. its just this team led by Tomlin feels like a skipping record. something has to change between the late season collapse, the me first player mindset. i would be happy with beating the Ravens but to think this team has a chance to win it all you would be fooling yourself. actually they are not very close and without changes in the locker room we will probaly be saying the same thing next year

Want something positive on these boards? Go out to your car, open the front hood and grab the red wire on the battery. Then if you're feeling really froggy, grab the frame of your car.... It will give you a positive feeling that you will never forget.....lol

    Go Steelers!

So, chances are, after the annual post season L. Jackson choke, we will have to go to Arrowhead. If we get some crazy snow game, where we can establish the run, you never know.

A chance to knock the darling Ravens out of the playoffs should be viewed as a positive.

I think we are all tired of not playing in important games, and when we do, play poorly.
When does it stop? How does it stop?

Let's see if it's another January no-show where the offense doesn't get going until the 3rd quarter - if at all. Let's fact it, playoff game or not this team comes out in a coma every single week irrespective of the oppostion or the importance of the game.

Yeah he did! Is that what was wrong with Tomlin? He looked like crap during the game.

I’m an old school mechanic with 40+ years working on automotive and various other form of mechanical engineering. One of my favorite wrenches reminds me of that positive charge when I was working on an electric forklift. Probably should have had an extra coffee that morning instead of the wake up call I initiated that day.

Or, pull the # 1 plug wire, hold the tip between your fingers and have someone crank the engine!

Maybe getting embarrassed by the Ratbirds on Saturday night is just what this franchise needs.

All of the pressure is on the Ravens they are a double digit favorite on their home field. The Ravens have won 4 in a row, the Steelers have lost 4 in a row, if the Ravens win 34-10 it's no big deal everyone expects that. But if the Steelers somehow pull of this big upset then that will be the most embarrassing, humiliating loss in the Ravens franchise history. A loss to the Steelers would wreck their whole organization and be the best Steeler victory since Superbowl 43.

And if they win you will be saying the exact same thing going in the KC game.

We will win the turnover battle.

That's the key winning the turnover battle and to have a chance the Steelers have to win it by plus 3. They have to block a punt, get a strip sack for a TD. The Steelers have to come up with every loose ball, they can't force a fumble and then not recover the ball. They need every break to go their way to pull off the upset.

Actually they just need to play good sound football and not be sloppy. Shut down Henry, cover the TE and contain Lamar. Same stuff they always have to do against the Ravens.

Except last time, when Henry ran at will and both tight ends caught touchdown passes. The defense was a disorganized mess in that game in Baltimore.
