We all saw this coming down the pipe.

Tomlin after KC - "There's going to be changes" fast forward. There's no changes.

Still favouring Slowlee Harris, putting in him in crucial spots while he's hurt, if that doesn't show Tomlin's total pig-headedness I don't know what will, and still seeing in crucial late game downs no less, toss sweeps to the only player on the team than slower than Slowlee himself.

A masterclass is hubris, narcisscism and an inability to admit you could be wrong.

This what we have become he's been here so long, it's all about Mikey's ego now.

That boasting at the Presser after switching to Wilson was very telling - I'm Mike Tomlin and i'm vindicated

Late last evening, Punxsutawney Phil was awakened from his slumber, by cascading boos that could be heard throughout western Pennsylvania. Phil stuck his head out of his hole and saw his shadow. Unfortunately for all of us this means 6 more years of Mike Tomlin.

2018 Epic collapse after a good start. Behavior problems with wide receivers. Tomlin seemingly loses team

2019 Epic collapse after a decent start. Duck and Deer year.

2020 Epic collapse after starting 11-0. Team completely falls apart. Tomlin seemingly loses team. Gets absolutely **** stomped by the Cleveland Browns in one of the most embarrassing Steelers games of all time.

2021 Horrific start to the season. Team rallies around Ben and finishes strong. Gets absolutely mud stomped by the Chiefs in Ben's last game ever.

2022 Horrific start to the season. Team rallies around Pickett and finishes strong.

2023 Epic collapse after a great start. Tomlin seemingly loses the team again. Receivers quit on plays. Discipline is again non existent.

2024 Steelers upgrade the quarterback position and aggressively make defensive upgrades in the offseason. The team starts the season 10-3 and then completely falls apart finishing 10-7. Lots of finger pointing within the locker-room and seemingly no adjustments made to stop receivers from running wide open all over the field.

It is the same year, after year, after year. It isn't getting any better. Tomlin makes mind boggling in game decisions every year that cost the team games. From Martavious Bryant, to AB, to Leveon Bell, to JuJu, to George Pickens, this team has behavioral problems year in and year out. The guys that have the behaviors all end up eating dinner and hanging at at Tomlin's house.

Guys like Pressley Harvin, who would have been out of the league 2 years ago, continue to shank punts simply because Tomlin likes them.

Some of the worst coaching hires in the league get made by Tomlin year in and out.

Let me clue you guys in on what the 2025 version of the Steelers will be. The team will finish either 9-8 or 10-7. At some point during the second half of the season the Steelers will lose to a horrendously bad opponent that will hurt their playoff positioning. Expect one losing streak of at least 3 games during the playoff push.

Middling Mike and his toxic culture of mediocrity. MT's rally call: we will embrace our adequacy and we are committed to being unremarkable. We shall release run-of-the-mill in December. And all the MT fanboys and talking heads continue to suck it all up and praise him as the best non-losing season streak coach ever!

I guess we can hope the Raiders 3rd stringers can somehow upset the Chargers starters today. Steelers can get the Texans.... but the way the offense is performing, Texans D would give them fits. Our OTs have been exposed and are sub par. Hendrickson proved this last night. Hell... he had more sacks against Steelers than Watt and Highsmith have had total in the month of December.

Texans are a dumpster fire but so are we. Would probably be the worst playoff game of all time.

A lot of people that have praised Tomlin for years have even started to see the light. I get it, he’s a likeable guy that says funny quotes. He wears aviators like no other. I was mesmerized by him for a long time. I defended him too.

Eventually you get tired of the same sh*t year after year. He can’t build a championship team to save his life. The non losing seasons keeps us afloat but doesn’t get us anywhere.

I was excited when Tomlin got hired. I remember watching him get interviewed by KDKA when he was in town to meet with the Rooneys. You could tell right away that the guy had "it".

He was a great hire. I always give him credit for 08 and 10. He was handed a great team, but his confidence added a missing ingredient. He didnt just steer the ship, he came in with a chip on his shoulder and the players responded to that.

Tomlin was the perfect coach to get Cowher's team back over the top, but he is a terrible team builder. Now that the culture of the 90s and 2000s is long gone, Tomlin struggles year in and year out to put a legitimate contender together. Mediocrity is the standard now.

It's all about his ego now, he is super fragile and doesn't like criticism, that's why we get the same things over and over again, because he has to be proven right. Like Pressly Harvin, like Slowee Harris, like Cam Sutton, and no and on and on...

He thought all his Christmas's had come at once when the QB swap worked out against garbage opposition, so full of himself.

Now it's all fallen to pieces he's flicking through well-worn excuse/cliche roladex.

Yup thank you for your service Tomlin, but it’s time to move on.

Having a losing season next year when winning would make us have the most non losing seasons, would be the biggest steeler/Tomlin thing to do lol.
