Until we fix the O-Line nothing will change with our offense.
    Tomlin is a Moron also.

I don’t blame Pickens for being upset. He’s open multiple times and Russ is running for his life.

O-line is bad. I bet TJ would love playing against them. Super tough for plays to develop when the other team is in your backfield.

KC defense is good. Mahomey is amazing, I get it but their defense is the reason for the season.

They are sooooo bad. I sure hope it’s just the coaching (really need a new Oline coach) otherwise all the draft picks they’ve spent on the line these last few years have been for naught.

I mean he’s also made competent looking free agents much worse so it’s gotta be the coaching

For the additions they've made to it, they are only marginally better than the last 5 or so years. Fautanu and Daniels being injured doesn't help. But Jones has not been good except for very small stretches during the season. I like McCormick's fight, but he's a back-up and so is Dan Moore. Still though, I don't especially care that they just grabbed a coach to have one. Or at least that's the way it seems.

The entire team is regressing. Communication in the secondary is pathetic. Regularly in the wrong place. The DL and OL are getting beaten consistently. The passing game isn't scaring anyone. Other than an occasional circus catch, we got nothing. The run game is a joke. Play calling is dumbfounding. We're shooting ourselves in the foot more frequently with stupid penalties and turnovers. While good teams are gelling and getting better at the end of the season, we are going the other way.

But hey, another winning regular season record!!! Yay!!!!

I'm trying to be patient with the OL. Like I posted the other day McCormick and Fautanu are 24, and Frazier and Jones are 23. I'm hoping for better days ahead.

By the time our OL becomes good, guys like TJ and Minkah will be on the downhill. Complimentary football is going to be hard when this happens. That gets compounded if you miss on any or your high picks or bring the wrong free agent in. Constantly trying to plug holes but I remain convinced our coaching is gong to help us get over the hump. Everything will have to be perfect on the player side to make up for the coaching deficiencies we routinely show. Trying to not even get upset anymroe and today was an example, its Christmas so why get upset over football. My family is here and my son was losing his mind. I said I told you two weeks agao they would lose out the season. We are just not a very good football team.

They wasted 2 years playing B. Jones out of position for a barely average Moore.

I agree but god dam how long does he stand in one place?? Nate Burlson was saying “I’d love to see Rus slide forward in the pocket!! Jones wasn’t playing today and they didn’t pressure from the middle, it came from outside and around. Wilson is regressing and making bad decisions. And what the fu*k was Connor Hayward doing off sides??

I have more faith in Frazier, Jones, and McCormick. Fautanu's return will be interesting indeed. We will have to wait and see there.

OL us really young and Meyer is NOT the coach to mold. If you hire a coach let go by the Panthers enough said

BUT Tomlin loves him so he stays

Need a QUALITY OL coach to set solid foundation

    Insane

It might be time to get a new OL coach and get rid of Pat Meyer.

The o-line's struggles can be placed mostly at the feet of the man that designed the current blocking scheme...
    Pat Meyer needs to go

    THIS!!!!

We can draft as many 1st round offensive tackles as we want, but as long as Pat Meyer is there, the O-Line is going to STINK! FIRE PAT MEYER NOW!!!!

As soon as Wilson drops back he is already under pressure.

The Pass Pro on this team is terrible.

Yes he needs to go. He needed to go when Canada needed to go about half a season into their contract.

Tomlin or Rooney or whoever makes firing decisions like to slow role the changes so as they have an excuse per season - typical corporate "cover your ass" mentality.

last year, Canada was the scape goat, this year will be Meyer or Austin, next year will be whoever is left between Austin or Meyer. Then it will be the OC's turn again.
