I remember him having some issues with some teammates on the sideline this year.

Speaking of effin feet, our firewatch caught a guy f'in a guys feet while he was sleeping, back when we had open squadbays. The guys feet were haging off the end of the bed. The F'ee was found with a broken arm. Seems he fell down the steps. No one made the connection our squadbay was on the first floor

We will... who cares if he can"t stay on the field, He's CHEAP. But just last week they said Harrison could not stay on the field so the cut him/. IT'S all about money now not quality players!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

This years draft should have plenty of RB's to look at

Just saw an article on NFL.COM that says us and the Packers are looking at him. So maybe we're gonna sign him. I personally don't feel all that good about our rb situation right now based on what we've seen up until this point so this could make sense if there's no one in the draft that they think will be that much of a #1 guy.

 

Yeah but apparently the Packers are making a push for him. He's only 27 years old so maybe he could help us out. But isn't he basically sort of a Dwyer and Redman type? They also said that we are probably gonna pass on Wells because he has a "bad wheel".

The Steelers are interested in Bradshaw per Adam Scheffter of ESPN. Mike Tomlin was quoted at the owners meeting saying the RB position needs more talent.

 

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Steelers and Packers have expressed interest in free agent Ahmad Bradshaw.
They're the first teams Bradshaw has been linked to since being released by the Giants last month. Bradshaw (foot surgeries) was cleared to begin visiting teams two weeks ago. Both Green Bay and Pittsburgh could use a jolt of talent in the running game, and Bradshaw — despite his injury history — is easily the top remaining free-agent back. I'd be on board. I think he'd do well in a committee with the other guys we have.

 

One thing I'll say about Bradshaw is that he's not the biggest or the fastest RB, but he's a 100% effort guy. I could live with it if we sign him.

 

Didn't the Pack just sign Steven Jackson? Do they still have Benson under contract? Are they stockpiling running backs or is Benson gone, somebody else signed Jackson, and I'm totally out of the loop?

 

Ahh. That's right. Yeah, I don't pay much attention this time of year to who went where unless they come here.

Macdaddy nailed the Spaeth re-signing and apparently JackAttack is responsible for bringing Haley here (not sure I'd own up to that if I were him though - ha).

Add some of HugeSnack's insights and eliminate 99% of the other nonsense you read here and I think I WOULD be comfortable with you guys participating in the "You Play the GM' game for real.

 

LOL! After this year, you'll be thanking me that I was able to broker the Haley to Pittsburgh deal.

And let's not forget Bobby Biz on the Gradkowski signing. I'd say we've got some pretty doggone knowledgable fans on this board overall.

 

I hope we nvr sign him, just draft a couple of rb's and we will be fine
