    That was incomplete. The right foot touched twice, but not the left.

    Even worse, Freiermuth is injured. He got hurt on that first-down play.

    With a few seconds left, why don’t teams chuck it way down field, hoping for PI, and then can kick a field goal? Seems low risk with some potential.

    What more could the defender have done to interfere with Williams? He made contact before the ball and didn’t turn his head around. Wouldn’t have amounted to anything, but come on.

    Probably because the chance of success is about the same as the chances it gets picked and returned for a TD. Not worth the risk.
