    We can still win the division if we win the final 2 games. Or if we lose to the Chiefs and the Ravens lose to the Texans on Christmas, then we can still win the division with a win over the Bengals in the last game.

    Nothing can help the Pirates with the current financial system in place in the MLB. At least basketball and football try to be competitive. MLB could care less whether the Pirates spend enough on their roster to be competitive.
    But in the current system there is no reason to be a Pirates fan. They cannot compete.
