If watt goes down again right at the end of the season that will be a second time at crunch time where we lose him. I know some ocaches don't pull players when you are losing but what was the point of having in there. He's not 25 anymore and the game was over so save some snaps on the guy and something like this happening.

What are you even talking about? The game mattered to the Steelers whether you think it did or not. I’ve never seen a team sit players or act like games don’t matter when the playoffs, seeding, and the division are still undecided. So no, I’ve never seen what you were advocating.


I get that I’m not playing, but it’s hard to take your head out of the game. I played professional sports for almost 5 years. I know that isn’t the mentality of anyone that plays. Any player or coach that thought this one didn’t matter should be cut or fired immediately, simple as that.

Playing an 11-2 team in their house, where we haven't won since 1965, Losing isn't a huge surprise.

Look at the elite teams, they can win more than one way. The Steelers offense isn't good enough to get through Baltimore, KC and Buffalo. You have to score to beat those teams and the Steelers don't score consistently enough.

 

When I first saw that I thought it was achilles.
