    Under the Bridge was enjoyable.
Elvis's granddaughter was pretty good in it.

    Just finished
    The Reckoning with Steve Coogan
Story about Jimmy Savile. Ugh. Monster.

    Also knocked out
    Fool Me Once
which was entertaining and had Joanna Lumley from Absolutely Fabulous
which was written by Jennifer Saunders who is married to Ade Edmundson
who played Vyvyan on The Young Ones from way back.

Wife and I thought we were only Americans who knew about Ab Fab. My kind of lifestyle;) When they went "Cockney" I couldn't understand a word they said.

    "Stoli Babe"

I watched that Jimmy Savile doc too. Shocking cause he seemed like a great guy.

I got it for free through Verizon. It’s not some cinematic masterpiece, but definitely well done. Based on a true story

The original dubbed version of Iron Chef deserves an Emmy.

For me it was great comedy. I was a mailman for a few diners and I'd walk in and we'd all start imitating the voices on that show.

    ....hot as hell?

BTW, thanks for info on Hit Man. I enjoyed it and found Maddy to be a hot Puerto Rican. She is in a relationship with Jason Momoa.

I was in a theatre watching The Big Easy and they started out speaking Cajun. I thought I can’t understand anything they are saying then the language morphed into something understandable

I'm liking Landman so far. Taylor Sheridan is a talented bastard!

Of all of his shows, I'm finding it the weakest. It has yet to grab me - even though I'm really enjoying Billy Bob's performance.

Outside of the the Yellowstone Universe, I really like Lioness. It's probably his best show so far.

But I do have one small request: Can Taylor please stop inserting himself into his own shows playing what he obviously thinks is a character too cool for school? We get it. You're a badass. You own pieces of 2 iconic ranches, write for multiple hit shows, and are in great shape for a man your age. (He says about a man who's younger than himself by a few months. :lolol: But I look younger. ;)) There's no need for the peacocking.

It wouldn't surprise me if Yellowstone ends with Rip taking the ranch foreman job at the 6666 Ranch (The Four 6s getting its own show soon). Beth goes with him and resumes her career land grabbing. Landman is in the same universe, and Beth crosses over to Landman every so often.

I'm digging Lioness lately (the wife forced me to binge the first season in anticipation of season 2 against my wishes - turns out, she was right. The show is really good)

Yellowstone sans Costner is hit and miss so far. But here's hoping they stick the landing.

I'm looking forward to 1923 coming back this month.

But, confession (of a guilty pleasure):

My sister has raved for YEARS and urged me to watch a show I was certain I'd hate. I had seen the commercials and whatnot, and it seemed basic, and geared more towards the ladies. But I got bored recently with nothing new to watch and happened to come across some info on the show that piqued my curiosity. So I gave it an honest try: watch 4-5 episodes, and if I'm not enjoying it, move on...

I hate to admit this, but the show is very entertaining. The show? Lucifer.

Turns out, the namesake of the show is actually a DC Comics character, not just any old devil. That's what got me curious. The first season was mostly formulaic (and sometimes, I had to make the effort to watch the next episode) with a few mythology teases mixed in. Despite that, the actor playing Lucifer is extremely funny. Or maybe that's just my warped sense of humor. And a little eye candy never hurts. The show has eye candy for days. (Not 1, not 2, but FOUR female main characters by the start of season 2) But more importantly, the show finds its legs in season 2 and a broader mythology begins to surface. Now I'm hooked. I want to see where the story goes.

Silo is great as well. For All Mankind is solid. It starts slow, but improves significantly
