I can relate. When I tell people I auditioned for Ted Mack’s Amateur Hour it makes me feel 100 years old. I was a kid and it was the last year it was on, but still…..
And it took me forever to stop calling the St. Louis Rams the Los Angeles Rams. Then they moved back.

 

Pickens didnt play tgat bad those penalities that was called against him were Bs on the interception he was forced to ground and no call for Pi o that. in fact i think he alrealdy fell when RW threw it... both taunting calks was total ****.. some of yall just find a pick on and attack... #weakasssociety

Can the Steelers bring Hines Ward in and teach Pickens how to smile after every play? But with the pansy NFL, smiling is probably a taunting foul in 2024.

 

Whether the calls are **** or not they will be called. And you would think that after awhile you wouldn’t continue to do what causes the penalty

 

The difference between a great team and a championship team is razor thin. Like they say, it's a game of inches.
Give a team like KC, Houston, Baltimore, etc. extra yards due to undisciplined play, and we'll quickly remember this team as a great team that didn't win it all.
On top of that, it's the little things that win games vs other great teams. When Pickens jogs on his route because he's not getting the ball. When he barely blocks or doesn't block at all. Those things are the difference between being a great time and a Superbowl winning team.

Pickens is super talented, but he's often not willing to do the little things. He's very selfish.

 

If they gonna call them , call them on every team then....there is a player on some team when he makes a play he holds up both hands like he is shooting pistols. And no penality is called on him.. forgot the player and team, but I have seen in many times

just started to watch the game now and the pick 6 no call was a total joke. The defender pulled pickens down by grabbing the back of the helmet. I’m not a fan of pickens for his complete immaturity me first guy but that one was a total joke for not being pass interference or illegal use of hands.

 

With the way Pickens acts during games, you just can’t pay him like a top 5 WR. Talented as all heck but he will cost you at times in games. They also usually come in moments where you need him to behave. Unless his contract is heavily centered around his attitude and conduct, I’d pass on that on wouldn’t blame Khan one bit. His practice habits are lazy, he loafs 50% of the game and he’s a head case. He’s had enough warnings.

by the way Pickens is #8 wr in the NFL. and when in per game stats, he is #5. and in the AFC he is #3. therefore dude is a potential pro-bowler.

 

If I were his coach, I play him as a CB. Align him as a WR on situational downs and/or goal line situations. I am not having him out there every snap for both. Load management is going to be key for him.

 

I know, I cannot believe we lost today..... oh wait, we didn't.

And don't even get me started with all those RBs making fun of the overweight children in America when they make that eating motion. The NFL should definitely stop players from making fun of kids with a disability. Shame-Shame-Shame.

I had to laugh that Jones was the one talking to him, that guy is a flag machine as well.

 

The nfl and a lot of their rules are stupid as ****, we all know this. However, the nfl did specifically warn teams earlier this season that the gun stuff would be penalized. Several guys have been penalized for it already. These guys need to be aware of the rules. They work for the NFL, not the other way around. If they're aware of the rules and do it anyways, then that's selfish.

Tossing the ball at an opponent has been a taunting penalty for as long as I can remember. That, to me, is selfish. He's gotta grow up, but some players just never do.

 

I remember when Keisel started getting flags for the bow and arrow.

 

His penalty did cost them points because they had to settle for an FG and it was blocked.
