Mike Williams with Zero Targets?

I really don't get it. At least give the man a shot.

 

I’m sure he’s thrilled that he came here only to waste his time. The Steelers have had problems using their weapons. This is the latest example.

 

With them having 10 days off before their next game they need to get Williams ready to contribute more, I wouldn't mind seeing less of Patterson and Conner Heyward.

 

If Conner's last name wasn't Heyward he would be playing for the St. Louis Battlehawks in the XFL. Patterson's legs are shot, he looks like he is running in quicksand.

Patterson and Heyward should not be in the game. They are taking targets away from Muth and Washington. If we are going to use Heyward as a blocking fullback, then get a real fullback. But then again we still got dancing Harris running.

Let's face it, the only reason why Conner is even in the NFL is because of his big brother. The guy is useless as tits on a boar.

 

I wish we know the whole story on Williams. Someone in another thread suggested he didn’t know the playbook. That’s B.S. what’s there to know for a veteran WR like him.
Either he’s injured, being disciplined , or Tomlin is up to his typical antics.
What else could it be?

I’m not going to subscribe to that. He looked better last year and earlier this season, but it isn’t working right now. Why would they give him reps over Muth and Washington? Seems stupid.

Since Williams has been with the Steelers he has caught every pass thrown to him and scored on every reception

Right on, but what bugs me is that if you see it, I see it, and many others, why don't the coaches see or why take so long to find. Sometimes I wish our OC would go upstairs instead of the sideline so that maybe he can see the plays better.

 

Matt Canada was upstairs. That didn’t work out.
