    How many of you think that the casual NFL fan is actually rooting for the Steelers tomorrow night? I’d be willing to bet that anybody who is not a Steelers fan will be pulling for the Browns to beat us. Kind of like how most everyone was pulling for the Bills to beat the Chiefs last weekend.

    Anyone who is not a Cleveland Brown fan really doesn't care about any game that Cleveland is involved in.

    You are so wrong if you think that the casual fan doesn’t want to see Cleveland win tomorrow night. You couldn’t be more off with your assessment.

    I mean....


    Cleveland still is paying that guy who is essentially an *******... so I would assume that, despite the general animosity the Steelers do receive nationwide, I would wager the malice towards Cleveland is much higher.

    When we play KC on Christmas I don’t see a whole lot of casual fans rooting for the Chiefs if they still only have one loss.

    We haven't been successful enough in the last decade to garner real hate. Other than fans of our rivals, I doubt anyone cares.

    I was going to say the same thing.

    Plus, as AQL said, the Browns aren't as likeable as the Bills.

    Actually I don't think many people outside Steeler and Brown fans give a crap. Only a diehard NFL fan would stay up to watch this game.

    We are the STEELERS! i could not care less who roots for us - GO STEELERS!!!!

    they are ALL jealous of 6 trophies......but will we ever SNIFF #7?

    I agree with those saying that there won’t be a ton of interest outside of the division. Certainly Rat and Bengals fans will be all in on Cleveland. Beyond that, are we really hated anymore? I want the Steelers to be reviled in a few years when Russ heads into retirement fresh off a three peat, and other fans are like “enough of this Darth Vader black and gold crap, can we see Taylor Swift be happy again?”

    Not just the fans, but everyone that said We would be last in the division, everyone that said this would be Tomlins 1st losing season, and everyone that didn't want Wilson to play. I have personally heard today on the radio on ESPN, and Fox Sports a few say......go Browns.
    So yes I agree with You.

    I guarantee that every one within 200 miles of me that is not a Steelers fan is rooting against us. I’m in between Bungleville and Colts country.
