Let the Browns make an offer, Myles Garrett plus the next 5 years first round draft choices. They made the Deshaun Watson trade, so there is no limit to their stupidity.

If he was on the market to trade, it would go to a bidding war for him. Browns, Jags, Titans, Jets, Panthers, Saints, Cowboys, Giants and Bears would offer crazy money and picks for a coach our fans would like to just fire. Sad

Yeah haha not happening. Why trade a coach to a rival? It would have to be one hell of an offer. Like many multiple first and second round picks plus high end players. I wouldn't want Garrett on this team because of the on field assault of Mason Rudolph, but I'd take a Ward, Owusu-Koramoah, or Newsome in a heartbeat.

There are nearly an infinite number of reasons as to why this will never happen. Never mind the reasoning alone, what universe does Brady Quinn live in other than our own?! My goodness...

.... a little early for the "funny juice" eh Quinn?!

Oh, I'm sure a new Head Coach would be just as entertaining.

Quinn needs to switch from Sativa to Indica. He will sleep better and not spew nonsense like this.
Years ago, when Bill Cowher retired, a Browns forum was absolutely convinced that Cowher was going to come to Cleveland to coach the Browns, and was going to give them a hometown discount to do so. Never mind that he is actually a native of Carrick and only played for the original Browns briefly. There were reports from somebody’s cousin’s neighbor, passed along to somebody’s neighbor’s cousin that Cowher was in Berea looking at houses. It was hysterical and went on and on.
On the other hand, the Steelers don’t have Wilson or Fields signed after this year, and the Browns have the rights to a number of quarterbacks. Maybe the Steelers would accept the NFL rights to Johnny Manziel, DeShaun Watson, and a tube of Astroglide, in return for Mike Tomlin. It all makes sense…..to Browns fans.
I almost wish that Tomlin would treat this one like a pre season game and get the backups some playing time. Throw the Dawg Pound a small bone. If the Steelers lose, they are still in the playoffs, barring the worst collapse ever. Those impoverished maternal fornicators up on the lake need something positive to get them through until draft day.

The Cleveland Browns are an endless source of entertainment, more so off the field than on.

The Browns wanted Cowher about 20 years ago, too.

I can see it now. Tomlin leaves and we get a new coach. Some posters will go back in and delete their old old history bashing on Tomlin. Then they'll tell us how they can't believe we let Tomlin go.....lol

The browns, the broncos, the Jets, Miami, The jags...... These teams and a few more are all in the category of 'no matter how perfect the roster and coaching is, something is going to get effed up and they will end up at the bottom of the pile by the end of the season'.

The Broncos appear to be close to exiting this list.

I can't project if if will be one year or not for Denver. As of now, and with a progressing good young QB, it appears to me they are close to exiting this list.

I'm not sure that they are going to fire Stefanski. He kinda inherited the Watson disaster, so maybe he wont be penalized for it. I think Zac Taylor actually has a better shot at losing his job considering that is a team that thinks they should be SB contenders. They're getting MVP caliber QB play from Burrow and OPOY caliber play from Chase and it just won't matter. They might lose 10 games.

I will admit that Nix looks like he's giving Daniels a race for OROY. They make a couple of good decisions to protect him and get him some weapons this off-season, and they may have something. Same with Washington.

I think Tomlin had a sit down with Rooney before this last contract signing and said I’ll come back for three more years but I need a comittment from ownership we are going all in on trying to win a SB now.

I think Tomlin is going to retire after this last contract is up. I highly doubt he us interested in rebuilding Cleveland.
