Week 11:Baltimore Ravens(7-3)

Not surprised to see the Chiefs on the bottom of that list.

 

The only things I would change about Colleen would be her last name and her address!!!

That's 4 td, and 10 turnovers. Let's not forget the fumbles, or the 20 sacks.

 

The ravens offense have 7.1 yards per play who is a NFL record right now...Yes even ahead of the 2000 rams who had 7.0 yards per play

 

Yet they are 7-3 and they were insanely lucky in both victories over the Bengals.

 

Because of their very poor pass defense....This is a major problem for them.The ravens offense had been great in both game vs bengals

 

Their offense has been excellent, but tearing up the Bengals isn't exactly some great accomplishment.

 

They were great all year long...The Broncos defense are top 5 this year but they had no answer vs Ravens offense

 

we should brace ourselves.

this one could be a track meet.

the last time i checked, we still have NO CLUE how to cover TE's.....

 

the Ravens obliterated the Bills too....

 

The good news,this steelers have the best pass defense in the middle of the field this year in yards....I saw a stat on that this week

 

we have had our lucky games too, if we are going to start playing that game

 

i am hopeful. Queen with his speed help and so does Beanie, lots of talented CB's + the addition of Elliott has really helped the middle.

HOPE - Likely and Andrews are monster. DJ will look to exact revenge.

In even better news...
Tomlin said today that they have been practicing the fake punt mercifully this week and will definitely attempt it multiple times if needed just to keep the high powered Ravens offense off the field.

 

At least the Steelers didn't lose to the Raiders like the Ravens did .

 

We need TJ to have a game like this against the Ravens

 

Lamar Jackson has been sacked 20 times in the 4 games against us. I would say they have been doing fine. Lamar Jackson 4tds, 10 turnovers, and 20 sacks in 4 games.

 

I'm worried about the Steelers pass defense trying to cover Andrews, Likely, and Flowers especially if Lamar has time to throw.

 

Look at it this way, and it doesn't mean it will happen this year, but the Ravens had 7 games last year of over 30 points, and a game of over 50.....yet they only scored 10 against us.

 

I wasn't comparing the teams. I'm just addressing the sentiment that some seem to have that the Ravens are unbeatable. They aren't. They have issues on the offensive line and in the secondary. They take way too many penalties. They have found ways to make games close that shouldn't be and some of that is Jackson's propensity for making big mistakes in key moments. Maybe none of that will be a factor on Sunday, but those factors do present an opportunity for the Steelers to win.

 

I was talking only about their offense.....

 

can't rely on their receiver to drop everytime...Need to play better defense than that this time
