a battle for the top dog spot. afc north football begins and we are still here. not many thunk it. :smiley1:

OK foodies, let's get creative for the big show down in lamar land.

buffalo chicken dip for sure. taco's sound like a good choice. possibly just nacho's el grande. cheese sauce mixture, taco meat, lettuce, mattor, jalapeno's, sour cream. :hehehe::drinks: let the game begin.

Rotisserie chicken salad. Iceberg lettuce, candid pecans, blue cheese crumbles, Granny Smith apples, grilled walnuts with a cranberry vinaigrette dressing over pulled rotisserie chicken breasts. I figure with the stress of this game I need to lay off the fats. Still going to have a glass of Johnny Walker Blue though.

OK, well the son has got to go to a baptism he forgot about. seeing he's the Godfather he has to go. the dad is a cinci fan and the mom is a steeler fan. i said the child comes from a mixed marriage. so this changes the menu. my 35th wedding anniversary is Monday so i probably have to take her out Saturday night. it may be left overs from that or hot sausage sammies. :smiley1::cool:

Based on the tally right now, I'm very much hoping 31% of the Pickem crowd here are eating a mass quantity of Crow come late Sunday afternoon.

Being a 10am start on the left coast, probably still nursing my prune juice and oatmeal with a Jack chaser. ;)

Sunday is "take out" day, and we did Chinese last week, so probably Japanese this week.
Breakfast will be garbage. Bacon, Sausage, ham, onions, peppers, home fries, all held together by eggs and cheese.

Now you can only have a tailgate with a few friends

That’s bull**** the cheap sob’s don’t want competition for the stadium concessions

    bull**** and double bull****

Shame on the Steelers shame shame shame

I love planting stuff. I planted pecan (or otherwise pronounced pecan) trees that I bought because they were hardy in my zone. 20 years later they are big trees and I guess that fits the definition of hardy. They blossom in April and the frost kills the buds so I’ve never gotten a nut. Nor a Carpathian walnut. Not a hazelnut. Nor a heart nut. But yep the tress are healthy big and “hardy”.

    ***** moan and complain.
