Am I the only one who gets upset every time a pass is thrown to him, especially when it's a deep ball with no separation?!

My god, he's bad and can't wait to see Mike Williams in a bigger role and take his place!

No separation, and he's bad at making contested catches. Not a good combination.

not his best game yesterday, but to be FAIR, Russ was very OFF yesterday - Rusty, can we say?

    Yes, he was.

if not for the balloon ball to Mike Williams, we are in a VERY GRUMPY mood this AM.

He was OFF all day, short and long throws. crossing passes, everything

Damn, some of you want your QB to be perfect every game.
    Gimmie a break.
Ben threw over 200 picks in his career.
    Russ had a good game.
and Mike Williams should be WR2 , no question.

Ben also threw for over 60,000 yards, I will take 1 interception per 300 yards every game.

And some were crying for the back up. Not a perfect game but lets be real Wilson was under duress quire a few times in that game.

Look at that throw to Mike Williams. Had a rusher in his face, let it rip and it was a thing of beauty right to Williams. Amazing.

And that hard count was capital! and a little dance to rub it in :lolol:

We have a field general. Not a gimmick. And I am glad!

not perfect - can't we say our QB was rusty. take it easy there folks. He had an off day and it showed.

Clearly, ball tracking, body control, and contested catches is a skill that some wr's excel at, and some don't.

There were a few throws last night that, if thrown to George, would've probably been caught, but weren't tracked at all.

I know it’s difficult, but at least try to remember Wilson was pretty bad overall

Def more on the oline was bad which contributed to Wilson's struggles train.

Also, Arthur Smith got a little predictable IMO. Not sure if we just kept running to minimize any big negative plays? But some of the 1st down runs and that little toss play was annoying.

Considering that the oline was getting pushed into the backfield on almost every pass play, I thought Russ played very well. He scrambled well, and was able to complete some good passes (and runs) under pressure. Plus, he came up with a perfect pass to Williams when they needed it the most.

He threw 3 touchdowns on the road against a 7-2 team..
    And some people are complaining..
Guess what , Ben is retired.
    Stop crying about the QB.

I'm saying you will never be satisfied unless the Steelers get the next Joe Montana.
Guess what , its not happening.

So me acknowledging Wilson wasn’t particularly accurate yesterday means I’m clamoring for the likes of Joe Montana? That’s an embarrassing take.

Well, it could happen in every draft. It is pretty much down to luck. Pretty sure Brady was not highly thought of at first. Every draft I always hope we find the next franchise QB but it is a rarity.

Wilson was a bit off yesterday. It happens especially when the O line is not up to snuff. The QB that most likely will be in the NFCCG threw 5 INT.'s behind one of the better O line's in the NFL and they still frigging won.

And yet another truly embarrassing take by you. You should go back to sleep and try and start this week over. The person complaining is the op. I’m simply acknowledging there’s more to it than just player x sucks. Yes, Wilson threw 3 touchdown passes yesterday. However, overall he wasn’t very accurate. So yet once again two things can be true. Russel Wilson did throw 3 touchdowns yesterday, but he wasn’t particularly accurate with the ball either. That’s illustrated perfectly by his 50% completion

Jefferson is not a good WR and Williams will overtake him as soon as he gets comfortable with the playbook.

Khan came through in the end. He’s acquiring pieces that fit this team.

Field conditions had a little to say about Wilson's completion percentage. From what I've read, it was pretty windy, which had something to do with Waitman's 34 yard punt.
Remember, Washington's qb, who had been averaging around 72% completions, was also only at 50% completions yesterday. No one's congratulating our cornerbacks on that.
