Oven fried chicken and salad

 

switched to burgers and dogs at my sons. OK, some boneless wings. buffalo style. we need this one. should be a good test on the road. 7-2 would look real good.

 

Starting the morning off with some hot cinnamon rolls. Now i'm sugar buzzed

Grilled ham and cheese for the game.

The winning dinner celebration:

Grilled pork chop topped with sauteed poblanos, onions and garlic. Leftover cornbread stuffing. Salad.

I got real close to one in Mexico. Frigging awesome. Watch a man lay chicken on a rock. Croc came out to feast. There were these monkey looking things in area. One of them had the balls to SLOWLY go up to that croc (took like 15 minutes) and it snatched a piece of chicken right from under crocs nose. Hands down coolest thing I've seen in nature and I am in nature a lot. Was down there 3 weeks and everyday Crispy the croc was there. Local community named him.

Baked Black Forest ham, cooper sharp cheese wrapped in croissants with lettuce and champagne mustard. Home made potato salad with mayo, bacon and Red bliss potatoes. Chocolate cake and ice cold glass of milk.

Side note was at a Styx concert Friday night here and saw about 15 people in Steeler shirts, talked about the game this Sunday and had a few beers!
