There were defenders in front of him. The defender made a nice play tipping the ball away when Austin was wide open. The best chance to score was on the previous play, but Jefferson ran away from the wide open spot to the coverage on what should have been a touchdown because he sucks.

 

Give Jones credit for looking him off… Jones looked at Nabors b4 coming back to Slayton

 

Who needs another WR when we don’t even throw to our best TE?
