One of my faves anytime in a Mexican restaurant. Green much better with pork than red IMO. :thumbs up:

A young friend of mine is engaged to a lovely Indian lady

They took all of the Yinzer family to an an Indian restaurant and they all loved it

Otherwise the Yinzers would have never tried

I’m think of offering to buy her dinner if she will just order

I cook a lot of New Mexican food and red or green I use pork

I use the phrase New Mexican because what they make in New Mexico is not the Tex Mex crap you get in California or Texas :puking2:

I went to the Hatch Chile festival once and literally bought 2 gallons of dried red chile powder half medium half hot

I can’t buy it here in Hooterville

And when I visit Ruidoso I take an extra medium suitcase and pack it with frozen chopped green chile for the trip home

When the Indians saved the pilgrims from starving and they celebrated the first Thanksgiving (1621) there were already restaurants and hotels in Santa Fe New Mexico (1610)

They could have just gone out to eat
