Speaking from personal experience if you fall off a moving train you will get hurt

The ballast gravel is the size of baseballs

I never did but I had an acquaintance who did it fairly regularly he didn’t understand you had to already be running full speed while you were still holding on

Banged his head a few times but based on his diminished baseline there was no noticeable decrease in cognitive processing

His season is shot at this point. Another Calvin Austin situation. We need a trade to happen prior to the deadline.

No Elliott at practice today, but Jackson was a full participant.

It helps that Kazee is back, too, but they need Elliott out there. He has been fantastic.

Dexter Lawrence did not practice today due to a hip injury. Brian Burns is dealing with strains in his groin and Achilles, so the Giants may not be 100 percent, either.

Ballast roofing is definitely a crazy thing. Let's hold our roof down with some rocks lol

I really want to see what Patterson can do in the kick return game. I am happy with Austin on Punt returns.

I absolutely hate seeing Warren on the Kick Return team; thankfully last week against the JETS there were no Kickoffs to return.

We scratch our head’s wondering how that can happen. Here is a few examples of us reg guys getting hurt:
Knew a guy who was folding his laundry and his meniscus went out.
Me, getting into bed, blew both my meniscus out.
Dr says its year n years of wear n tear. Can happen at the most insane times…true story
In otherwards, staying healthy is sometimes out of our control.

There's a thread on here about a possible Fields trade and now we get a report of a hamstring.
