Yep, I think Cleveland will end my dream of an under 100 million dollar team making it.

NYM and NYY only 2 teams over the 300 million mark. Last time they met the Mayor of NY was Rudy Giuliani and he wore a half hat. Mets one side, Yanks the other.

I'll go with who I hope wins just to stick it up MLB ass. They want a Yankee/Dodger WS.

    NL: Mets

    AL: Cleveland

    Tigers get eliminated.

Not a fan of anything Cleveland. Never watched The Cleveland Show. The Rock n Roll HoF has become a joke because Cleveland. Lebron loves Cleveland and he's left there twice.

    Yankees over Guardians

    Mets over Dodgers

    NL: NY
    AL: NY

Well game 1 sucked. I don't care about any teams left but I want all the games to be nail bitters.

Yankees having little problem with Indians. Hope they can make it a series but I doubt it.

Finally a exciting game. Indians looked like they were so deflated but fought back in 9th and won in 10th.

Still going to be Yankee/Dodger WS.

I like the games close since I don't have a vested interest. Cleveland game was awesome.

Dodger/Yankee World Series should be a tight one.

The number of runs these teams are putting up right now resemble football scores. What happened to great pitching beats great hitting?

If you're going Yankees, I'll go Dodgers. One last competition for this season.

Besides, I like Mookie and Freddie more than anyone on the Yankees roster. Probably who I would root for anyway.

First baseball game I ever went to was 1963 when I was 5 y.o. My dad drove us all from San Diego to the newly constructed stadium in Chavez Ravine to see the Dodgers because Koufax was pitching. It's been Dodgers for me ever since.

Since they're playing the Yankees, I'll even root for the Dodgers as I did in the Kirk Gibson year. Would this match-up even occur if MLB had a salary cap like all other major pro sports leagues? Probably still wouldn't help the Bucs since it would be a cap, not a minimum.

I was all in on the Dodgers Gibson's year. The Asian market really loves the Dodgers. I actually hate all teams with a payroll over 150 million. You are right, regardless of a salary cap or not Nuttings would be cheap.

Bright side, my new license plate holder is getting me a lot of attention with the biggest question being, "who is Nutting and why does he suck"? (sux)

Watching Aaron Judge go ice cold reminds me of watching Bonds in 1991 NLCS just stink the joint up. More recent times he looks like Alfonso Soriano who couldn't hit a breaking ball to save his life in the playoffs. Two guys are hitting and that's it. If I am the Dodgers pticha round stanton and soto if you need to and nobody else on that team is stepping up to beat you.

Every time we get to the World Series I remember having World Series tickets in my hand and then watching Bonds weakest throw from a Gold Glove ever from relatively short left field be late. Belinda also got hosed on calls in that game. Almost forgot Joes Lind looking at the runner for no reason instead of making the play. Never will truly get over it, ever!! That's when we ceased to be a Major League franchise going on to lose 100 games the next year and never have recovered. Makes me sick!!
