I discredited a 30 year old woman who has never played a football game in her life....over My understanding of the game. Apparently You didn't read it all, or is it You just look for something to pick at that I say. If so....at least pick something that You are completely informed on my Friend. I don't know You, but if You played football, and You have watched the game for at least 40 years.....I would take Your advice over hers.....since you would have more experience in playing, and watching. That's all it was about, and I shouldn't have to explain myself.

You're right, you don't know me. I don't know you so I really don't know if you truly know more about football than a 30 year old woman who is an NFL analyst for a living. I'm sure she has a lot of male colleagues who would vouch for her. You don't have to agree with her but just because you "think" you know more about the game of football doesn't mean it's true.
Serious question here: how is it that you can debate with members of this board page after page but when I challenge you on anything, you get defensive and act like I have some kind of problem with you?

Agreed. The fact that Fields admitted he wasn't playing well enough does tell a lot though. I share your opinion that it would have been nice for them to see what they have in him but if I'm being honest, maybe they already have. Maybe if they start Wilson Sunday it tells us all we need to know about what the coaching staff thinks of Fields future with the Steelers. We shall see, I guess.

Digressing here but I was piloting a plane with a mechanical problem once

I was going down in a flat spin and did everything every instructor and book taught me (anybody remember topgun)

The results were not satisfactory or promising

So I decide to just try the opposite to see what happens and turned and dove towards earth

At 300 feet I final got the plane straight and level when you started at 5000 that’s pretty low

And here I am annoying people

Sometimes you have to do what you think is right with out caring about what others think

By the way this happened on my first solo flight not as an experienced pilot

And my medical certificate is expired

I have not flown as pilot in command for 30 years

Awesome! Was you in military or did you get license as a civilian? I have a friend yes even i have a friend, he got his license recently
I got a Cdl license, not utilizing it right now , as focused on our business. But, i do need to get my annual DOT physical or I will lose it.

I think we all knew this was bound to happen unless the Steelers were dominating teams. I don’t think Wilson is much of an upgrade and don’t expect much more out of him.
