but - Tomlin remains the largest ball and chain in this organization. Mediocre Mike - we have seen his best, and this is it at this point - there is big upside. We need a new HC, young, FRESH, offensive minded (THAT is the game today) and hire a big time D coordinator, turn THAT all over to him.

    ROONEY does not get it.

It isn’t our job to know who the best next coaching prospects around the NFL are. MANY new hires and promotions happen every year, are you on top of all of them? That is Rooney,Kahn, and Tomlin’s job - and the three of them are Al failing miserably at that.

Even an average offense would put us in the playoffs

If the Steelers choose to offer Fields employment, they
will have to bring in an OC that knows how to utilize his
skill set. Like Baltimore did for LJackson. And if they do this
have MT stay as far away from offense as they can.

I said 2 years ago that I thought we could have a good competitive team in 2025

I still think we are on pace to do so

They made the playoffs last year with one of the worst offenses ever.

Lawrence and the Jaguars were 8-3 last season, and they have won like 2 games since then.

Say what now? You saying we give up the most points in the NFL at this point?? I can't see how that is possible.

Whose the QB? It's really up in the air at this point. It is right there for Fields to take. I don't think he can but just my opinion. IMO Wilson won't be a Steeler next season. A super lucky find in the 2025 draft?

What? We give up the least points. Our Defense leads the league in the least points given up a game. Why would I brag about our Defense giving up the most. LoL

Funny how some other players get the benefit of the doubt
and others do not. I will agree it is a team game. Maybe the ultimate team game.
