I’d like to see Roberts and Wilson at ILB. Put Queen at OLB

my only worry about that is vegas running right at queen. i think roberts would be much better against the run over there.

He played some OLBer in college. Having 2%milk playing the edge is as much a joke as Leal there.

Devin White was released by the Eagles. Sign him for depth at OLB, DE. This was the "Devin" I wanted the Steelers to draft in 2019.

He was a very good player early on, but for some reason, his play has cratered. He is definitely worth a shot.

Agreed. Playing Loudermilk there seems like a terrible idea. Their best option right now does seem to be using the three inside linebackers together with Watt.

Are those the weights they had when 1st entering the NFL/Steelers, or their actual weight now??? Because Herbig, and especially Highsmith has put on more weight, and muscle since they 1st got here....by a lot

i would rather have loudermilk occupy the tackle and hold the run, and blitz wilson, queen, bishop, or elliott. need to change up the defensive scheme/plan without two NFL quality OLB's

EDIT: if it is ILB, I vote for trying Roberts

I think it will be Watt and Moon with Loudermilk spelling them when needed. Don’t even know who else we have on the practice squad at OLB, but doubleyoi is right. I’d rather have Loudermilk when those guys need a blow. At least he could set the edge (you’d think)

I just realized the Steelers are down to Najee as last man standing of the RB room too. It’s been a weird two years.

Why do we need another ILB?

No idea where you are getting Devin White ever playing DE/OLB from?

Warren was a limited participant today, so a glimmer of hope. Wilson was a full participant.

I think the weight of any Steeler is from their first weigh in as a rookie and they never change.
I don t think snacks was still 310 lbs near the end or does anyone believe Ben was the same 242 lbs by year 17.

White was inactive for the Eagles first four games, he must be really bad in this case.

There will probably be one or two OLBs called up from the practice squad, they could poach Khyron Johnson from the Titans he was with the Steelers in training camp.

Patrick Queen would look great staying on the sideline.

    Well per the published numbers:

Big Ben weighed exactly 241 his entire career.
Casey Hampton weighed exactly 325 his entire career. :roflmao:

LoL. That kinda what I was getting at, but I didn't know if maybe @jeh1856 had seen a different weight chart than I did.

They are bringing up from the practice squad Eku Leota  Plus they have Jeremiah was a Bull Frog Moon.

The main hope is that Watt doesn't get injured. Fold up the show if that happens.
