George Pickens played limited snaps due to discipline?

I vote for accountability. I don't give a rip how good a player is. If they need to be taught a lesson by sitting him down then so be it.

 

The bulge is an entirely different subject

 

People need to stop making excuses for Pickens. He's acting like a selfish, lazy child.

he is mental case - that is not going to change

 

Hell I'd be upset too if the only way I get the ball is if I make some crazy catch in between two DBs, or do some contortion down the sidelines.

 

This… I wouldnt be at all suprised Steelers cut ties with Pickens. Overrated and is a major head case, as he was at Ga. Reason he fell to us.

 

Or Pickens could the balls thrown to him in easier situations

Well in addition the his lackluster performance. Along with pulling Cowboy down by facemask and not granting mandatory press interviews… he will be lighter in the wallet

 

He does wear black eyeliner.. saying im always f uking open… space case

Did we watch the same game. Some of those pass people want Him to catch are crazy. Answer me one question. How come all our wrs problems last year with Pickens, DJ, and everyone disappeared as soon as Mason got the start???

I agree with you 100% but when you say you are always open, why only 3 catches? I forgot we have a qb that continues the KFP tunnel vision.
But, Pickens is still a donkey

 

Fields has no touch… if he did Mt Washington had an easy td… throws bullets on every throw

Some on here, think Fields is a rookie. This is his 4 yr. Wait until all 22 comes out this week
Here is a fun fact… bet you didnt know Fields is athletic and can run… ran right into sack last night that knocked him silly

 

Too bad we dont have a qb that can do that at present time

 

Sad thing is....I really like the kid. The more I listen to him the more I like him, and it would be great if He was the guy, but this team needs to see what they have in the other Qbs.....they owe the rest of the team that chance. No matter what people say about our D....we are a top 10 unit at the very least. If we could have a middle of the pack offense.....instead of the bottom 10....we could be pretty good.

Lack of targets and errant throws don't excuse a lack of effort. You will never convince me otherwise. If he wants to be the guy, catch the easy ones as well as the hard ones. Run every route like you're getting the ball. Hold on to the damn thing when you do get it. Block like you're wanting to drive somebody into the ground. Be a good teammate. These seem like some outdated standards and I'm not even the resident curmudgeon!

 

Maybe he should learn to run better routes.

 

Like I said… Pickens is a donkey and a sore loser
