Post Game Loss Complaint Thread

Minkah is making $21M this season. He's not bad but what's he good at? We're paying the wrong players. The Cam extension was a bad idea.

Yeah, he's not mature at all I doubt he gets a second contract from the team.

 

Minkah did punch the ball out from Dak on that last drive, if it would've went through the endzone it's a touchback. Would like to see him get some interceptions though.

 

The lack of a second viable receiver is proving to be a huge issue as many predicted. Big error from the front office, who are doing an otherwise good job. Hopefully they can get something done in the next two weeks.

 

That plays a big part, but also the routes don't seem to match our skill set. Nowhere near enough slants and crossing routes to take advantage of Pickens' shiftiness or CAIII's speed. Whether that's due to play design or Fields' reading of the play, I don't know.

 

He is not getting .500 this season. After watching the Bengal/Raven game I'm thinking that is 4 loses right there. As a talking head said, we could lose last 7 games.

One never knows though, crazy NFL season.

It doesn't matter what anybody thinks, myself included until an offensive minded coach or coordinator
can come in with a fresh approach we will continue to see what we have seen for the last 10 years.

 

I guess Rooney likes turning the clock back 100 years on offensive football. Laughing himself all the way to the bank. 8 years and counting with no playoff win….

 

Art Rooney 3 is a disgrace to the family name.

and hope that OL and OC can get their game together also.

 

Sad to see the Steelers fall into another season of mediocrity and just downright ineptitude. The offense is anemic, and the defense is horrible. I look for Tomlin's record of "no losing seasons" to end this season.

These ;last two game are typical Tomlin. Overconfident against two crap teams and then come in unprepared on both sides of the ball. The D was aweful and unless we got those interceptions, it would have been a blowout. Season is just like the last 7. Go 9-8 and pray for a wildcard and then get boat raced by a real coach and team.

Coming in unprepared on both sides of the ball 2 weeks in a row with a real chance to take control of division and d looks like worst in the league even though they are paid like the 1985 bears D. The offense cant move the ball against a skeleton Dallas crew with all their good players out. Tomlin stinks and we will never contend with him as our leader. Same crap different year. Crappy offense and a overrated defense that cost a fortune. 9-8 here we come. maybe.

 

Seems like? Thats an understatement, LOL I must ask what did Minn. do for Darnold, or Goff
in Deroit, Purdy in SF Geno in Seattle there in lies Steeler problems and has been that way for over 10 years.
