It’s embarrassing really. I can’t believe I fell for it. I really believed the running game had turned a corner after that 4th quarter of the chargers game

 

Fields was terrible in the first half. He missed too many open throws. Give him credit for making plays on the drive that gave them a 17-13 lead, but he needs to be more consistent.

The defense is a mess. The pass rush just disappeared with Herbig out. They need someone opposite Watt. Hopefully, Highsmith can return next week, but they are in big trouble.

 

Yup, he called that and they changed it up again. Should have just went with it and saved the TO.

No way I call that when I know I have just 15 seconds if they score.

Exactly. If not for Dak making horrible decisios, the defence would have been really exposed and we likely would have lost by double digits.
Both the defence and offence were bad tonight, although the offence was far worse, like usual.
Put Wilson in next week, although I'm not optimistic.

Once upon a time I believed Ben was washed up. I thought a new QB would fix a lot of stuff. I was wrong. Ben wasn't washed up as early as I thought he was. It was just horrible coaching by a dog **** coach.
I honestly don't know how many more years of a Tomlin coached team I can handle.
He's a god damn joke and I'm so tired of it.

 

The defense failed miserably with the game on the line.

 

This is not a good Dallas team AND they had tons of players missing and they still dominated us at the line of scrimmage.

This team wasn't going to score after that Dallas TD even if they still had that timeout, fans complaining about a timeout there is nonsense .

We are still tops in many D categories.....we are still bottom of the league in many Offensive categories. ..

Tolbert shouldn't have been allowed to play on the next play if he was hurt I don't care if there was a time out or not. Also 2 weeks in a row where we lose by 3 is getting pretty old. Now the freaking Ravens are tied with us

 

The offense and defense both suck.

The offensive line has been decimated. They're learning an entirely new system with new players everywhere and only have two skill players who don't suck. Hard to expect much from that side of the ball.

The defense is the highest paid in the league and the veteran part of this team. I keep being hearing that players like Heyward and Fitzpatrick are amazing. The idiot head coach wants these types of games because the defense is supposed to win them. They gave up an enormous amount of yards to an awful Dallas team including a final drive where they were completely embarrassed.

 

Well, it could've been a factor if Fields had connected on a long pass

 

When Fields got it after the pass back, I think he is still allowed to launch it down field… I was kinda hoping that was the play.

 

I’m so bummed. All the resources spent on the offensive line and it is pure trash. I’ve completely lost faith that Broderick Jones ever becomes a franchise tackle.

 

We should have been winning by more than 4 points. Use your brain. The D gave the offense 3 extra chances. Imagine if Dallas had done that to us....they would have won by more. You can only ask the D to do so much. If the D is so bad, and the O so good....why are we tops in D, but bottom in O, and why are we always praying our D just doesn't give up one more score???

 

Yeah, the run defense was disappointing Dowdell probably had his career high in rushing yards.
