Loved the pass on 1st, but not happy with the toss on 3rd. That is not playing for a 1st, and being happy to kick a FG for a tie.

 

Yeah never forgot it, drove past it many times. It did smell pretty bad.

 

Steelers were close on some shots down the field....working the TEs in to the game plan....some designed runs for Fields

 

3rd and 8 should be a play to your TE Muth

 

Conservative call vs what collinsworth said. i think we wanted no chance of a drop back and sack and making it a long field goal on a wet field!

 

On another related note, why not run it up the middle?! Test that Dallas interior. Frazier, Seumalo and McCormick are all maulers.


Allow them to do what they do best; maul IDLs.

Decent first drive. Missed on a couple potential big plays, but drove down and got points. Something to build on.

Dallas struggled against Lamar on the designed runs. I’m glad we took note and incorporated it early. Still hate how conservative that play all on 3rd down was… we actually have an NFL QB unlike we did last year. Leave that garbage with Kenny and let Justin try to make a play.
