Tomlin has his flaws and I have already been very critical for the 2009, 2018 season and also the playoff loss in 2011 and 2017.But he also has his strengths and he had his moments...I mean, in the QBs who had at least 2 starts with the steelers under Tomlin, only Trubisky had a losing record

The rest like Ben, Kenny, Rudolph, the duck, Dennis Dixon, Landry Jones, Vick, Batch all had .500 or better... Only Hodges was .500, the rest of this list had a winning record with us

This is true that he deserves criticism for his lack of playoff win but it is not right to remove the credit for the good things he did...Maybe this year, it will change and the steelers will not be stuck in the middle any longer

 

It depend the year...Like F for 2011 and 2017,A+ for 2008,A for 2010.Last 2 playoff game,the steelers were underdog by 10-13 points....No way a coach can win a game with Rudolph vs Allen without your best player in your lineup and 2021 vs Mahomes when Ben had nothing left in the tank

Pittsburgh led the league in pro bowl appearances for 10 years with 52. During that stretch he managed 3 playoff wins. Meanwhile, NE won 3 sbs and yet there were people putting Tomlin in the class with Bellichick.

Like Reid, Bellichick built his sb winners too.

 

You're grading based on a specific year. Since he's been the Steelers headcoach, what is his OVERALL postseason grade according to you?

 

No one have put Tomlin in the same class that Reid and Belichick....But Belichick was very lucky with Brady in 2000.
