Cowher didn't inherit a hof defensive coordinator, a hof qb or a team that finished top 10 on both sides of the ball BEFORE he got there.

Tomlin is so great, when is he going to win a sb with a team he constructed? You know, like Noll and Cowher did?

 

A guy who went 31st against the pass in MN as defensive coordinator in 2006 and wins a sb in his second year as a headcoach on a loaded team in which he had nothing to do with is all of a sudden great coach. Impressive.
