Glad he seems to be okay, but I do wonder if he is more vulnerable to fumbling or if the injury takes away his stiff arm.

Well.. Tomlin said Najee would be ready to go. Guess we will have to wait and see how the rest of the weeks injury report looks like.

ESPN had a documentary about 10 years ago possibly one of 30 for 30 series that looked at athletes and their money or rather their blowing through their money. Top 5 ways that star athletes lose their money. 5.) Don't get good accountants to handle ALL the taxes. 4.) Friends who borrow with no intention of paying back. 3.) Starting businesses that they have no experience in such as starting record labels or bringing a soul food restaurant to Pittsburgh based solely on having been an athlete there and thinking there is no good places in Pittsburgh to get the soul food you like. 2.) Agents taking their cut and not offering sound advice. And the number 1.) Family taking money and not telling anyone.

They had Bernie Kosar on there and he said he had no idea until things with his parents had gotten bad, that his Dad had gone to the Browns and got them to pay him 1m a year as a scout/consultant.

I did read up on that.

I was more so intrigued if the likes of Issac or others were going to show up. :) :drinks:

Highsmith. Probably out a couple weeks, but nothing major.

Leaves the light on for Warren, Seumalo, and Roman Wilson.

Maybe it’s just paying so close attention to this team and not others even remotely as much, but it seems like we have more *key unjuries* than others

Doesn't surprise me, he is an old war horse. Tough as nails .
Ain't afraid to suit up. Play Cordarelle he can tote the rock well.

Roman Wilson was a healthy scratch, not injury related.

If Roman Wilson is 75% healthy and can’t beat out Van Jackson that’s a problem.

And let's be real - for some (and doubtlessly more than a few) $100mil athletes, a probably not insubstantial amount of that money is also being thrown away on drugs, hookers, and the resulting legal fees for those things, and on the domestic violence and/or s. assault charges that almost inevitably come to the fore for those who dabble too long in those sorts of extra-extracurricular "activities".

I think I could respect this comment more if we just kept things to the extravagant spending practices of some with that one day find themselves flush with exorbitant amounts of money, rather than tagging 'doubtless' numbers of athletes spending 'not insubstantial' amounts of their money 'dabbling too long' in the fields of drugs and hookers, and in defending against charges of domestic violence and sexual assault that come from their lifestyles.

The latter comes across a bit.. suggestive.

I wish Najee would stop trying hurdle defenders, we don't need any more injuries.

I've said 500 hundred times. If someone had given me millions of dollars in my early 20s.....I wouldn't be in jail....I'd be under it.

How did he get hurt? He was running hard on the last play before the kneel down and was celebrating after that run

I wish he would also, he is one tough hombre. But the hits will add up, play Patterson more until Warren
is healthy. Patterson has shown he is still capable.

Anybody that would take out a loan to throw a BDay party for themself is a total Moron. I mean, I don’t even like my own Bday after the age of 21.

My friend....we are only rushing him 18 carries average per game . You don't want Him to play at all??? Example He(Najee Harris)has 55 carries....Lamar Jackson has 38.
