    All Fields ever needed was two things; a Coach who could believe in him and an Offense that could maximize his talents. Chicago's Coaches did believe in him but failed to supplant him with a cohesive game plan. Fields has both now in Pittsburgh.


    All up to him now. He has the talent; many of us have either already known or are already seeing today. He needs to be consistent; something he has been today. This is now his job to lose.

    For the first time in a long time, the offense seems to have have a system and builds off each play. I love the way they are managing Fields.
