What is in a Denver omelet???

 

Mountain oysters! Just kidding. Usually has ham, onions, bell peppers and cheese but may also be the paella of omelettes with whatever the cook has handy and in abundance in the kitchen. Most places nowadays don't even know how to make a true omelette and just have cooked egg only omelettes sitting dry on the grill and then toss on the other goodies, fold it over and serve it without letting the goodies to cook into the egg or the cheese to melt. Maybe it's just me, but that's not right for something they usually charge an arm and a leg for.

 

Place in Philly makes amazing crepe omelets. So cool to watch them do it. Damn eggs are so fluffy. I wish I could make mine like that. Tricky getting a crepe right. This guy has 4 hot plates going and is a true artist. Years ago I had a Penguin hat on with 87 on it. They hate hate hate him in Philly. It was so funny, he refused to serve me and asked the cop nearby to arrest me. Cop got in on it and my wife told them to please arrest him to give her a break. Good time by all and best part got mine for free. Stupid wife paid anyhow.

The only thing the Boz does not have is rushing yards. Before he is done, he needs at least a yard......lol

 

You would think at least once in his career the protection broke down and Boz had to run for his life. I'm guessing those would have been negative yards rushing.

Starter Pennsylvania Dutch Platter - homemade ring bologna, Cooper extra sharp cheese, Tom Sturgis Beer Pretzels and beer and Brat mustard.
Main Course - homemade Chicken Pot Pie and fresh sweet corn on the cob
Dessert - bear claws drizzled with caramel

 

What's a Rocky mountain High ball....I mean what'd the difference from a normal Highball.??

I was thinking the same thing. But on the few sites I looked on, I could find nothing about any rush. Maybe we can talk the Steelers into a trick play where the Boz gets to run? lol
