Jets vs 49ers MNF Thread

This game makes me dream of one day Steelers having a real QB.

 

When You have a real Qb you don't worry as much about the weapons. They usually will make it happen. How Many times did Ben, Brady , Rodgers, Manning, and , or Brees.....just to name a few....have to go pay a high priced Wr to come, and play for them..... Most of them didn't even have to draft 1st round wrs most the time.

 

Lucky that reverse didnt go for negative 20

 

What's wrong with McCaffrey?

It’s hard to have a real QB and a good surrounding team these days. They are so overpaid and eat up most of the cap. I’m starting to believe a slightly above average QB, a great Oline, very good receivers and few star players on defense might be the way to go in the future.

 

Good Coaching will do that.

 

I like watching Purdy. Was interested in seeing a little of Rodgers but this offense is putrid

I tried to tell everybody he drops balls. Nice player, but I'm glad the Steelers didn't end up with him. He would be wasted with out QB situation.

 

Eagle/Chief SB. Reid read their D perfect and Mahomes had a wide open guy for a TD. Hell, I could have hit him in the numbers.

 

And it happens twice in that game!

 

That was some nice RB play by 49ers last night.

 

The Jets defense who was supposed to be one of the best in NFL was just horrible last night....I mean,the 49ers score on 8 straight drives in a row at one point

 

That train has been on the wrong track for years
