Without injury the dang ravens are scary good. 2 inches from OT against a hell of a chiefs team on the road last night.

 

I agree, but Jackson isn't going to make it if he plays like he did last night. Lowering his shoulder into linebackers is going to get him killed.

Andrews is in decline, has not gotten back to form post injury

Every QB can miss throws sometimes and many are focused on what Lamar can't do, but in yesterday's game, every other QB outside of Lamar and Josh Allen, this game would have been a blowout win for the chiefs

 

Higgins is injured right now and Chase hasn't practiced much this summer due to his contract situation...and the Bengals probably have the worst defense in the division....They could be a big disappointment this year, even if Burrow is healthy.

 

This thread needs to be after 2/3 games. I think the Ravens will be there.

 

Bengals just loss vs Patriots at home and they face the chiefs in KC in week 2,so another 0-2 start is possible....

 

And this makes three years in a row the Bengals have laid an egg on opening day.

No, I'm not, and I am usually one of the more optimistic people on this board. I did not like what I saw in TC or the preseason and the team lacks offensive firepower for sure. I have definitely bought into the negative hype.

However, one can never underestimate the inherent crappiness of the Browns and Bengals franchises, nor the constant ability of the Ravens to lose games they should have won.

 

The look on Joe Burrow's face on the sidelines in Bengals vs Patriots was priceless.
