My wife doesn’t like smoked food so I don’t do it

But my nephew in law has a pellet smoker and he does some great brisket and wings and thanksgiving turkey

For some reason my wife likes the turkey but that may be alcohol related

 

my son does a Thanksgiving turkey in an air fryer. he's got one that looks like a small trash can. works off of propane. he injects it with different mixes. a 22lb. turkey takes about 2hrs.- 15 minutes. juicy as heck. crispy skin. they are really good.

 

Oh Geez!!!! I'm still laughing while typing this out. LoL

Sliders- I'll have 2 kinds available, and choosing from 5 types of beer too. Going to need it, as I fear this is going to be a long ugly afternoon.

 

Turkey on the smoker is excellent.
I’ve seen those big air fryers. I have a small one. It’s pretty much replaced my microwave.

 

Seeing that it's a 1000 game here, Einstein Bros. bagels.

 

Cauliflower crust pizza with mushrooms, garlic cheese curds, onion, and sweet peppers. Topped with dill pickle slices.

 

If Steelers win you have to have this every week. They don't make enough antiacid's in the world for my stomach to handle that.

 

Steel, I hereby swear upon Mean Joe Greene’s athletic supporter and Najee Harris’s mesh laundry bag (which I have) that if the Steelers win I will have this for every game until they lose.

My a$$ didn't get in till 4am.....3 hours of sleep...so a cheap frozen pizza. Go Steelers, and as always I eat the same thing until they lose.....so....here is to buying more cheap frozen pizza's. Not something I enjoy, but something I will do for I will take one for the team. LoL

 

I got a bad feeling to. The Falcons were also dysfunctional this preseason. Hopefully the Falcons are just slightly uglier today.

 

We are doing cheesesteaks today. I got the steaks and veggies ready to go on the grill at noon.

In Philly they use cheese whiz at one place and the rival uses provolone. Never understand the cheese whiz.

 

I never heard that before. I might have to try that. We always do provolone.

 

I feel for you. I tried the frozen pizza route once. I guess Paul Newman was my favorite but didn't last long. I need the real deal. I'm hoping the Steelers go 16-1 and today's their only loss just so you are not forced to eat frozen pizza for the season

 

Hey...Tony's makes a solid cheap frozen pie. Lots of hungover memories of the orange box pizza.
