Father Alixander! He was a partisan in Lithuania ww2. He was a scary dude. We loved him.

 

I did for 3 different priest. Father Leo, and Father Wolfgang, and the last I actually can't remember His name...and I don't want to lie. We moved around a bit during that time.

 

We had a Franciscan Monk that would fill in for our regular priest about 20 years ago. Father Matt. He was about 5'4" and would smoke filter less Luckies outside before mass. If the Steelers were playing at one and mass was at 11:30, we were outta there at 12:10, lol. After mass in the greeting line, he'd say something like, CheeseHeads at Vikes Sunday Night Football. Green Bay -3 1/2, I'm gonna drop a hundo on the home dog. He was the best; guy was a genuine character.
