Might go to the local tavern. This is the opening week for his full menu. Place opened 6 months ago but he finally has the kitchen finished. See if my Bengals fans neighbors want to join me.

Home made egg rolls and fried rice

I’ve never tried making an egg roll from scratch and I’m hoping this does not turn out like an episode of I Love Lucy

I won’t touch skyline or gold star chili unless I have immediate access to a non public restroom. I’m getting to the age where I probably have another colonoscopy coming up. Instead of drinking that nasty fluid I’ll just order a 12 pack of coneys and a 3 way to go with plenty of hot sauce.

I worked in East Liberty (slibery) in 71-73 for Ralph Esposito and Co. Cutting tools, Dies and wear parts. How the hell I remembered that I'll never know. Was Ung's right on main road whose name I can't remember?

my son smoked a pork loin last weekend and man was it good. One of the best I've had. He's been experimenting and getting good at it. He changed from his wood smoker to a pellet smoker. I know you smoke a lot of stuff.

I’ll use my pellet smoker this weekend. I have a charcoal smoker I use a lot. I think it provides better smoke flavor where the Pellet cooks more consistently. Both ways are excellent IMO. Actually making two this weekend. One to slice and one to make pulled pork.
