Congrats - you pointed out the one head coach where this holds true. He had 21 years as a head coach and has literally nothing to show for it (no conference championships or super bowls).

The fact of the matter is that Tomlin took the team to the AFC Championship in 2016 and then back to the playoffs in 2017. The Steelers were not going to fire him after that bad JAX playoff loss. The fact that you suggest such a thing shows your clear bias.

 

U people are looking at the wrong Jax/Steelers game to assess Tomlin coaching “ability”.
