Wonder if he'll be anywhere near the player he was before that gruesome knee injury?

Losing Seumalo would be brutal. Pec injuries are often not good…. Let’s hope that’s not the case here.

Thankfully it was good news and not anything that would require surgery. A typical 4-6 week timeline probably puts Seumalo out for the first 3-4 weeks of the season. It might be less than that. Small chance for more. It certainly beats the alternative of having him miss the season.

I think that is what TJ suffered a few seasons back. I think he missed about 7 weeks.

Not much difference from the knee injury in college that he suffered before he was drafted.... he knows what work needs to be done

Yeah, I remember that. Kind of eerie how similar that injury was to the last one

Looks like the season is gonna start off with a cobbled and hobbled OL.

Yes, it just depends on the severity. He missed 7 games (which coincided with the bye week). There is certainly a chance that it isn't as bad as Watt's and he could return sooner. I guess the only thing to do is to wait for the official word.

O Line couldn’t even make it until the start of the regular season

Our two first rd tackles wearing gigantic braces and now our best OL likely out at least 5 games best case scenario.

I don't think Fautanu will be out much longer, Anderson or McCormick can fill in for Seumalo.

Agreed. If you can't find a guard, this team has bigger issues than we thought.

It’s already a work in progress with a bunch of rookies. This hurts more than you think. I hate to make excuses but…

it may be our line of the future so let's see what we got. troy, mccorrmick, frazier, daniels-anderson-nester, jones. let's rock. price will be cheap for a few years so we have money for a QB down the line. maybe a gift laid in our laps. sure there may be a little growing pains but why wait?

I would agree the Steeler need to reconsider signing Daniels. He seems steady and still relatively young. Could be good leadership needed for this young line.

Watt was not the same when he returned but his impact was still big

I did read a lot of sites that had Troy playing in the NFL as a guard. " Ice Dish of Cream" is that Ice Cream to you and me?
