    So....

    Who is coaching the team?!

Arthur Smith clearly isn't ready though I believe he does deserve a second chance. Mike Sullivan's didn't amount to much and Teryl's is just as bad.

    Ben Johnson would be great

but i dont think Tomlin’s trade value is as great as people might think. He’s an over the hill coach whos shelf life has expired and one who has been resting on his early career success for the past decade.

he might be a players and media favorite but not someone who would be coveted by other teams FOs - not anymore.

Mike Tomlin is now, and has been a great Head Coach. You may disagree but it's true.

Ok, that’s it. I’m going to put this in perspective for you and all whom are massively in denial on who and what Mike Tomlin is as an NFL coach. You ready? Good.

Since the 2011, the season after the Steelers were in Super Bowl 45, Jason Kelce was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 6th round that April. Jason Kelce played 13 NFL seasons, made 7 Pro Bowls and Six 1st team all NFL teams, going to two Super Bowls and winning 1 on his path to a sealed trip to Canton. He retired this year.

In that EXACT time, Mike Tomlin has coached hall of famers, all pros in almost every position in football, had the best receiver on the planet for at least 5 of those seasons, had the best running back for at least 3 seasons, WITH that same receiver, and a legit top 5 NFL franchise QB. In an offensive era never seen before it, ever.

Here is Mike Tomlin’s record in those same 13 seasons Jason Kelce was drafted and retired, in the playoffs…..

    0-1
    No Playoffs
    No Playoffs
    0-1
    1-1
    2-1
    0-1
    No Playoffs
    No Playoffs
    0-1
    0-1
    No Playoffs
    0-1

How in the **** can you have that kind of record with all that talent for 13 damn season and someone can call someone great for that? Explain to me what the **** “Great” means in your vocabulary? Because the dictionary says: “of an extent, amount, or intensity considerably above the normal or average”

How can you have the gall to say that is great with a straight face? Why? Because he talks well on camera? Because he looks tough?! Really? What the hell is it? Because if you retort to this with any legitimate facts, you are gonna contradict yourself based on what you’ve already said.

Mike Tomlin needed to go 3 seasons ago. The Steelers will NEVER sniff a Super Bowl until his ass is traded away because the Rooney’s are delusional with some of you all in here. The results say so, not me. Remember that.

This! Having a down season will propel a better draft position. I don't care at this point. And I will personally send a box of tissues to all his cult followers.

Thank goodness they didn't trade for Aiyuk and waste more draft capital. This team is far from a finished product.

Pipe dream unfortunately. We are stuck with the dinosaur for 4 more seasons. I personally can't believe he got a 3 year deal. Lazy gummy worm Art II the non football man.

The problem with some of you guys is that you can’t talk about anything other than Tomlin. It’s obsessive and annoying. There’s plenty of things to discuss concerning the Steelers yet some just turn most threads into Tomlin bashing. Some of you should just think about taking a break until Tomlin is gone.

And just to be clear where I stand on Tomlin. The Steelers could win the Super Bowl this year and I’d still want to move on from Tomlin.

The real disappointment for Tomlin was the killer B's era....2017 against jaguars was awful because they were more focused on the pats and our defense was atrocious in that game...2018, missing the playoffs was just a joke, the 3 game losing streak against the AFC west was bad.The gameplan in 2011 vs Tebow was all-time bad too

The team has been below average since 2021 and our offense is garbage and yes the QBs have been a major issue which is a big deal but at the same time he has given no favors to his QBs and offense in general for keeping Canada for way way way too long even if everyone knew in 2022, he was a disaster as OC

Tomlin is capable of winning enough games with a below average team and he is very good at winning ugly close games, but teams that are capable of winning only that way, have very low ceilings and things like that could have been easily avoided

Because Belichick is in his 70s, and he wants too much control in an organization.

The best we can have for Tomlin is a late first round pick(like the Sean Payton trade between Denver and NO)

A guy like Ben Johnson will probably want to go to a team that has a young franchise QB.

If that was true the team would only be winning 6-7 games without Ben.
