This feels like one of those winnable games that Ben is out and the backup QB and Offense just can’t get it done.

We play the Lions next week. The team really needs to have something positive to build on before the regular season. If it is another crap show next week then boy are we in trouble.

Time to be alarmed regarding him. As I said earlier, he is likely to headed for a Sophomore Slump. Biggest question is how bad of one?!

 

The Steelers preseason schedule is actually against 3 solid teams. Their biggest problem is they cannot evaluate QBs. Rudolph is better than both Wilson and Fields right now. I would go with Fields over Wilson at this point. Defenses are going to continue to stack the box against Wilson because, one, 80-90% of his throws are within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage, and two, he cannot see the passing lanes. But with Fields, teams are going to blitz him every play. Hopefully, he can escape enough to run.

 

Nothing scripted just like last pre season where they looked like grease lightning. Not a whole lot of hopium in an aged stud and a kid who never was at this point in his career but if they can’t get a solid line play going it won’t matter who’s back der.

I think ya gotta go Frazier as your starter and let it ride. Put them tackles in their right spot and let it ride.OC knows what he’s doing just hope T stays out of his way.
