Wow that 2020 draft class is kicking but. Everyone is Getting Paid.

    Joe Burrow (No. 1) - $275,000,000 (5yrs)
    Tua Tagovailoa (No. 5) - $212,400,000 (4yrs)
    Justin Herbert (No. 6) - $262,500,000 (5yrs)
    Jordan Love (No. 26) - $220,000,000 (4 Yrs)
    Jalen Hurts (No. 53) - $255,000,000 (5yrs)

This could rival the famous 1983 draft class.

Unbelievable as far as I am concerned. I am not sure how teams can
field the remaining roster with a QB taking up 25% of the cap space. Player evaluation and scouting
and development has to be at the fore front He is one head shot from being out of league.

All of that money tied up in QBs who are a combined 0-3 in Super Bowls. The only one of those guys who is worth franchise QB money in my view is Burrow. The rest haven’t proven enough.

I know teams structure in different ways, but ultimately there comes a time when that money has to be accounted for, they paid Tua and Waddle,Hill is still on the books, they have a short offensive window, that's a lot of guaranteed cash for a couple of guys. The media has been clamoring how Jones missed the signings for his big 3, 'if you draft them you have to keep them' blah blah, but how in the heck do you expect to field a team paying 3 guys what could amount to half the CAP? Yes it went up a lot last year, but the contracts for just a couple of guys can eat that up very fast. It's mind boggling.
