Agreed. He is very good on special teams. If they are forced to play him at inside linebacker, he won't embarrass himself. He came cheap. What's not to like?

He plays with attitude and we need more of that .Will he be a starter ,probably not but used as a filler to give a starter a breather ,sure ,plus he will play hard. seems like a positive move so why all the negativity about this from some of tomlins cheerleaders?

Remember when Rosie Nix had his fake punt run against the Saints and started celebrating even though he was tackled 2 yards short of the first down? It was Dirty Red that blew his blocking assignment that got Nix nailed short of the first down. So no I have never been a fan of his but he is a Steeler again so good luck to him.

 

Retreads. I’d rather have someone new evenif they turn out to be worse. At least with someone new you have the hope of something better.

 

Just busting your chops. I can see your point of view but in the same instance Tyler does seem to give 100% out there but his deficiencies have led him to be nothing more than a career STer.

 

Never a fan of his but I give him credit that he is still in the NFL at age 31 with nothing going for him except guts and grit.
