They actually looked like a good ball club tonight. Chaps gives up a run. We come back with some goo hitting and win! That's what good MLB teams do

 

I just couldn't get past Taylor striking out on a fouled bunt and Chapman falling asleep and not covering first.

 

My thoughts exactly and I went to bed. Maybe I'll go to be when they are down more often

 

I do hate them. We are wasting great starting pitching. Mets and Brewers gonna end my season.

 

They just can't hit. Two at the bottom of the order almost guarantee no runs there. They called up a kid from AAA but we know how that's going to go adjusting to major league pitching.

 

Well I'll watch tonight just because it's Skenes. If he is a Pirate at the end of next season I'll be shocked. Bob can trade him away for money and future prospects that suck.

Guess Skenes doesn’t realize he has to basically pitch a no hitter to have a chance to win, coz this offense is awful. I would send most if not all the position players down to double A and send the young troops up from triple A

 

Well the fat lady has sung its 2-0. Too deep of a hole to dig out of.

 

Skenes 105 pitch was 98 mph for a strike! Unreal! Please bullpen get the final 6 outs and save it for Skenes!

This didnt age well or I mightve sparked them with my negativity!

 

It's nice for Skenes to get 7in, but with Jones out at least a month, I think it's better to stretch them out as much as humanly possible to keep the relief pitchers as fresh as possible.
