Everyone is worried about the back end of the schedule. Yes it's brutal. But this team as a whole have folded to supposedly lesser teams. I was at the cheats game last season. It was ugly as the defense folded. I have concern about the front end of the schedule as well.

Get her and Harrison Butker in the same room. Should be a riot.

The eagles are likely to be much better in 2024...I don't think they will be a bottom 5 defense once again

I can purchase tickets at 11am due to being on the season ticket wait list. Anyone want to let me know the season ticket holder code, so I can purchase at 10am?

That ended up being the case, and it is brutal. That is two short weeks in a row leading into games against arguably the two best teams in the AFC.

That second half of the season is just brutal.

At the minimum the Steelers have to be 7-2 going into that brutal 8 game stretch to finish the season.

Maybe, but it will depend on how they do against the division. They might need to go at least 4-2 against the AFC North, as they did in 2023.

The schedule is not kind. Most of it is the same for the entire division. All AFC North teams play the NFC East and the AFC West. The only variable is being a third-place team facing other third-place teams such as the Colts, Jets, and Falcons. All three of those teams had issues at quarterback last season. The Falcons were a mess at QB in 2023, but now they have Cousins. The Jets get Aaron Rodgers back. The Colts get Anthony Richardson back.

Hopefully it's in August - those undefeated pre-season records don't seem to work out so well when the tryouts are over.

Can't get to the playoffs without winning in the regular season. I seen the Chargers fire their HC because He just couldn't get it done in the playoffs ....way back in...2006,or 2007....how's that worked out.
No matter what people say about the playoff record......You can't get to the playoffs without winning in the regular season. Now when we become that team that keeps losing in the regular season so we can't make it to the playoffs.....then I will join in on the .....We definitely need another coach.

Analyzing the schedule, I actually do see us at 7-2, if not 8-1.... the final 8 games include all 6 divisional games..... we went 5-1 in the division last season... most of that was with Matt Canada as our OC and no real passing game to speak of....
Something tells me we will be just fine...
We need to stop worrying about other teams and let those guys worry about us

Ugh. Forgot they swept the Ravens and were 5-1, not 4-2, in the division.

A lot depends on how much Russell Wilson has left in the tank. The offense could be a lot better, but he has to play well Frazier has to be able to step right in and be the upgrade they need at center. One more proven receiver would help, too.

So Marvin Lewis was a great coach since the playoffs don't matter!

The MO under Tomlin has always been to play up to or down to your competition. But I think this time going back to back against so many good teams will wear them down.

How many Super Bowls did the Bengals play in with Lewis as head coach?

LoL. So You are comparing a HC(Marvin Lewis) that had 6 losing season, and never won a playoff game to a HC(Mike Tomlin) who has never had a losing season , has 8 playoff wins, two SB appearances, and one SB win in only one more year, and expected me to take that seriously????

I never compared Tomlin to Lewis....No doubt,Tomlin had a great start but since 2017 the steelers are like one of the 10 teams to not win a playoffs game....Yes a team need to make the playoffs but guess what....Almost half of the NFL make the playoffs now and the last 2 playoffs berth by the steelers were because of the new playoffs format and this format have almost half the league making the playoffs. And just making the playoffs are not enough, the standard need to be much higher or we will become the current Dallas Cowboys.....Zero playoffs success

Then why the heck bring Marvin Lewis into the conversation???? Dude I Know Tomlins record. You only repeat it every day, in every way You can. Also I haven't missed not one game since 1997, and seen many before that,.....so Yes I know exactly His record, and what you are not bring up in His not win a playoff game....is a lot of the other coaches that have a playoff win since 2017 have had terrible years in between that , and only have one playoff win to go with their terrible seasons.

You said that can't get to the playoffs without winning in the regular season...Marvin Lewis make the playoffs 7 times with a team who was considered as a true laughing stock for a very long time but Lewis is not considered as a good coach because of his playoffs record( a huge reason why)

And yes I know that the floor of Tomlin is very high(one of the best of all-time) but at some point,he need more playoffs success....The playoffs struggle of the steelers since 2017 are their worst since the first 39 years of their history

Again You are not mentioning that He had a bunch of losing season, and never won a playoff game. Nothing compares. Nothing.
    AGAIN
Tomlin has 8 playoff wins, no losing season, 2 SB appearance, and a SB win.....So why bring Marvin Lewis into the conversation??? Nothing compares.
