5 opponents have been eliminated from the running for our opener in September.
    Chiefs v Ravens
    Cowboys v Browns
Eagles v Green Bay (not an opponent)

Down to 9 possible opponents. Pitt @ Denver on Monday night is still a possibility.

You going to post a bet on draft kings? If so i recommend a 12 step program, you are pretty far gone.

Bad News for the Cable Cutter, Monday night football will no longer be shown every week on ABC like it was last year. Last year's writers strike allowed ABC to air all the Monday Night games.

    https://awfulannouncing.com/espn/monday-night-football-abc-fewer-games-simulcast.html
ABC will still simulcast 5-6 games and have 3 exclusives that won't be on ESPN.

Is there one Monday night game week 1 this year, or 2? Otherwise, Pitt/Denver would have to be Sunday night.

I'd rather have a road game week 1. Week 1 is a toss up for a lot of teams, and good for a road upset.

Hey do you know this? I have Xfinity cable. Hulu is not part of my package so once in awhile I buy a Hulu gift card and watch stuff I like. Question, if I didn't have cable could I still stream Hulu on my big TV? This crap confuses the hell out of me.

    Thanks!

Why the hell would anyone have cable TV and HULU live streaming at the same time? That would be a colossal waste of money. HULU Live has every channel cable TV has and more. I still am in AWE at how damn good COLLEGE football coverage is on HULU Live. My favorite team is VA Tech.... and even the most obscure games vs. ODU, ECU, Vanderbilt, etc, are televised. It's insanely good. Plus... HULU Live is a **** ton less expensive than Cable TV service. I know this because my elderly father still has Spectrum cable TV service and the rates keep going up.... for just the basic channels.

Xfinity gives me high speed internet which I assume I'll need for streaming channels. Xfinity gives me all the basic channels plus HBO/MAX, Showtime, Netflix, MGM+. Big ass bill I pay. I don't watch much TV either.

So you got me thinking to keep my internet and just buy Hulu, which is not expensive and I'll save a ton.

I'm not sure how Xfinity cable works.... but Spectrum has it's own app that can be run on a Roku, Chromecast, etc. The app (same basic channels... don't know about premium) is a lot cheaper than using cable boxes. I've tried to get my father to stream instead of using cable boxes.... but he's too old school and hates change. He refuses to get a smart phone and uses a flip phone for mobile... and still has a landline through Spectrum.

I like your Father! Xfinity has what is called triple package. Internet, TV and a phone. Him and I could be last people with a landline. Granted, we don't use it but it's there. Tell your Father I still have an ugly yellow rotary dial phone with long cord hanging in rec room just for the laughs. Change sucks but I sure liked a lot of it;)

What are you paying for HULU LIVE?

I almost fell over when I found out that Youtube TV is $79.99 a month. That is what cable TV costs.
