If he lives an hour or so north of Pittsburgh, that's more like Butler.

Reminds me of one of my favorite 80's comedies, "Used Cars" with Kurt Russell. "Christ, Jeff. I took her to a God damn bowling alley!"

Update… back in fire ant state.. me and niece went and seen Buccos beat the Redlegs on Thursday 4-3. Overall a good time.
Also drove up to Ligonier, very beautiful. Stopped at a place called Bradys, ate an excellent fish sandwich.

I was wondering if you were suggesting it was me the Amish or the farm country and then it thought all of the above

I own property and have a common fence line with a decent sized dairy farm (300 head) and I let them use my property

One year on Fourth of July while I was having a picnic and they came over s snd dumped 8,000 pounds of manure on the field just downwind of my pool (farmers don’t have holidays but they do observe Sunday)

I politely suggested they finish in two days

Then they put down the other 64,000 pounds

I had two family members with large dairy farms. Spent some time working on those so I’m quite familiar with the odor

The Amish bakeries are the best thing about visiting my parents in PA. Other than visiting my parents. There are a bunch of them up there that work on the honor system. Let yourself in, pick out what you want, put your money in the basket, and leave.

This is the place. It’s south of chambersburg not shippensburg. I was reasonably close considering I’ve never lived there. A bit allergic to being north of the Mason Dixon line.
