At Pick 20 out of these guys who do you take?

    Graham Barton C
    Cooper Dejean CB/S
    Brian Thomas WR
    Amarius Mims OT
    Jackson Powers Johnson C

    * I doubt T Fuaga, JC Latham, T Arnold or Q Mitchell will be there. So did not put them on the list.

As much as like Thomas and DeJean I feel like the draft is deeper at this positions than OT and Center. I am seriously considering Mims but his limited experience makes me lean towards a Center but only if I think I can trade down and still get one of the two Centers. I doubt Barton falls much but he would be my preference at Center. If I stay put it probably is Mims. If I take Mims then I would have to trade up in the second to probably get Frazier. My fear is you trade up in rd 2 your probably going to miss on the WR or CB or both.

Going by the visits I think the pick would be Mims.
    My choice is Barton.

So we have 4 qbs going off the board. 3 wr's and a tight end. Alt, Fuaga, Fashanu, Fautanu, Latham, so five tackles. 3 corners taken. And 4 DE's.

That sounds about right. One of those tackles might slip. I don’t know who the 4 De’s are but I have paid no attention to De’s this year.

I'll take JPJ or Barton. Then Dejean. As wrong as I may be, I believe we will trade for Ayiuk!!:clapping::drinks:

    Allen.

I want them to draft Mims(or Latham/fuaga);however, offensive tackle is more of a want than a need. With that out of the way, from that list Dejean would be the pick. I also think Mims is a fairly sizable gamble. Between the injuries and the lack of experience I would be very cautious. He put some impressive stuff on film in 8 games, but it’s still just 8 games.

probably herbig. I'm thinking they may end up with Nugent or the kid from Clemson or Penn state or......there are other centers with more experience. I think Weidl likes big. Nugent would be small but he's a pit bull. Lee from Miami or jurgens from wake forest. there are a couple from bama too.

I have seen the Steelers get Mocked these guys in a lot of picks at #20, except Arnold, which is OK because I like Mitchell better.

I think Fuaga, Latham, or Mitchel would all be great targets for the Steelers to get in the 1st round. So, I will light a candle and pray that when the Steelers select one of these guys is still on the board. Even if they have to give up a 3rd to jump the Bengals..

i like your middle 3. arnold, mitchell, dejean, tampa, melton, jackson, rakestraw, abrams- drain, brownlee, the list goes on. there are a lot of capable players. i don't care for kool-aid so he will probably be the guy. :smiley1::cool:

I’m not liking what your selling. None of those guys are really an upgrade over Cole. You might as well bring back Cole.

cole can't snap the ball. these guys can. that's most of the reason they got rid of cole. it sets the qb's timing off not knowing where the snap is going which takes his eye's off the movement of the defense. they were all multiple year centers on pretty good offenses.
