Ham sandwiches are good for you.
Sorry to hear you haven't ever had a good ham sandwich.
Better luck down the road in your eating endeavors, pal.

    Bitter Sweet.
I can't help the fact you have terrible taste.
Here's to you, my friend, hoping you have future appetizers that might introduce you to the facts of nutritional football conversation.

Wow, you actually believe that is for real and truly the case of which nobody has any true information of what was actually said, done, written or thought?
People amaze me how they interpret what is regurgitated hearsay about the Steelers.
    Amazing!
Try harder next. time my friend.

Finally you admit you were wrong in so many different discussions with so many others here.

I used to tell my students that lessons are hard to learn or they wouldn't be called lessons.

You know what they say about imitation. Sadly, you suck at it.

Diggs to Texans for 2025 2nd round pick. Good value?

He is 31, which lowers his value a bit. On the other hand, only one more year of his contract is guaranteed. It's a good deal for a contender because he is still a hell of a player.

Between JPJ, Frazier and Barton the Steelers should have a shot at grabbing a center in the first if they want to.

I hope it isn't Barton. The guy hasn't played the position in years, so it is a projection. If they are going to spend a pick that high on a center, it should be Powers-Johnson or Frazier.

    Round 1: Pick 20
    Round 2: Pick 51
    Round 3: Pick 84
Round 3: Pick 98 (acquired via Kenny Pickett trade to Eagles)
    Round 4: Pick 119
Round 6: Pick 178 (acquired via Diontae Johnson trade to Panthers)
    Round 6: Pick 195

Team needs: WR, OT, G, C, CB, S

They really need to pick up a WR in Free Agency.
It would be nice too if they signed a Center.

OT and Center are my main targets.
A rookie quality WR would be nice.
Then draft line of scrimmage.. LB...

They signed two receivers in free agency, there isn't much left in free agency at this point.

I think we also need help on the defensive line. I don't expect Cam to make through the whole season and wonder if he is a 3 down guy anymore. I think C or OT in first, then C/OT for second then WR, CB, DL and then WR.

All of his workouts for teams have been at the center position. His RAS as a center is 10.0, tied with Creed Humphrey for highest center RAS ever. He started half a season at center as a true freshman. Powers-Johnson has one year of center experience. I wouldn't mind picking up either one of them, but to dismiss Barton as not a center is just wrong.

RAS is fine, but it doesn't make him any less of a projection. We saw how poorly that can go with Green. I like Barton a lot better than Green, but I certainly wouldn't want him before 51 and I would be iffy on him there.

I still like Chark and Gallop available to sign in Free Agency.

I think Beckam is going to wait until after the draft to sign with a team that does not draft a WR early, so he does not have to compete with a 20 year old for snaps.

Left over ham from Easter makes some solid sandwiches with a little Hellmann's Mayo. Now I am making myself hungry!!

Renfro wouldn't be a bad fallback option. They could use a reliable underneath guy to pair with Pickens.

It sounds like the Steelers are out on Boyd, they won't meet his price demand.
